Rupesh met with an unfortunate accident that set his whole face on fire. He had an epilepsy stroke that made him fall into a burning fire, leaving his nose, mouth, face, chest and hands completely burnt and unrecognizable.
Rupesh is in a critical condition and has trouble breathing as his nose is blocked. He also cannot close his eyes due to which he cannot sleep.
