Your Faith is Amazing!

I have a word of encouragement for you concerning your faith. And before I say anything else, I want to tell you that, “Your faith is amazing!” It truly is.

I know that the accuser of the brethren, the devil would have you believe that your faith is weak. But I beg to differ with this lie of his. I am fully convinced that your faith is amazing. Let’s take a moment and consider what is faith. Faith is trust, and you put your faith, or your trust in someone or something, Let’s take this a step further and consider the amazing ways that you have activated your faith, your trust in Jesus.

With your amazing faith, you have done something that many others have not, you believe that Jesus is who He says that He is, the Savior of this world, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life,” John 3:16, (NKJV). This is not an insignificant act of faith that you have done. It’s the initial step of faith that one must take to enter Heaven’s gates; It’s the beginning of your eternity with Jesus. I’m telling you, this is amazing faith!

Again, with your amazing faith, you believe in a supernatural event that is humanly impossible in the natural. You believe that Jesus came down from heaven to this earth and was born of a virgin, named Mary. You may not realize it, but that takes great faith to believe in something that defies logic.  “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us,” Matthew 1:23, (NKJV).

And you believe, with your amazing faith in the power of His unconditional love. It says in Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (NKJV). In other words, you put your trust in the power of His blood to redeem you of your sins. Amazing!

And your faith continues to amaze me. You believe that He not only died on a cross for your sins, but that He rose again from the dead three days later! It’s recorded in Luke 24:46, “And He said to them, “So it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,” (NASB).

So, the next time the accuser of the brethren, the devil condemns your level of faith, don’t listen! Instead, remind yourself what you do believe, and you will send the devil, the father of all lies running in the opposite direction, full of fear, because your faith is amazing!

I just prayed for him on prayer requests page that you submitted. In regard to what happened to my husband on Nov. 24th, he did die in my arms. But I firmly said, “No!” and I meant it. This was not of the Lord, and it wasn’t going to happen to our family. Romans 4:21, ” And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.”

God bless! I know! That testimony is amazing! Thank you, I need people to stand in agreement with me (most of our family doesn’t even know what that means!)

  • That’s actually really encouraging, I’ve never thought of it like that before. It made me smile and lifted hope – thank you for sharing xo

We all need a reminder about the supernatural power of our faith, and what it has accomplished in our lives already. It gives us hope to push through the next battle.

Remind to everyone and anything listening that you are an ambassador of Christ, created in the mirror image of God.

  • Ty for your reminders and encouragement! It is appreciated.

Thanks for your obedience Becky. This word speaks directly to me as I have been challenged with the words of the accuser this week.
