Take comfort in the Lord’s strength during these very turbulent times. It’s more than good advice, and sometimes downright difficult to walk out when we are in the midst of a violent storm. And God’s people are passing through many different types of storms right now, including you. My desire is to send you the strength of His comfort during this difficulty in your life.

You may be in the midst of great trouble right now, call out to Him. He will see you through this troubling time. The Bible tells us  in Psalm 46:1-3 that God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. God is always present, and always willing to help you. We are designed to be more than overcomers, but not in our own strength, but in His strength. Proverbs 18:10 says it this way, “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.” When you call upon the name of the Lord He hears you, and He responds to your sincere call of faith. He is your strong tower– your source of protection. You can trust Him to see you through this distressing time in life. In saying this, there is a decision that we all must make, we must choose to trust in His faithfulness to carry us through.

Let’s join our faith together and pray.

Father God, You are my strength, my refuge, my strong tower, and I call out to you with all sincerity of faith for your protection. Your Word promises me that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, (Isaiah 54:17). So I make the decision to trust in your faithfulness to carry me through this violent storm that I am passing through. And I rely upon your strength, not mine. I take comfort in your strength, Oh, Lord. I thank you that You will never leave me or forsake me, (Deuteronomy 31:6). And when I pass through the waters, You will be with me; and when I pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over me, (Isaiah 43:2). I choose to take comfort in your strength. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.

  1. Dear Becky,

Thank you for your up-lifting prayer that you sent to Heidi. I, too, am in the same position regarding “the” cancer, not “my” cancer, in my liver and lungs. I also read your very recent “How to Pray in faith Over Cancer”. Your continued prayers for me are much appreciated. I like the specificity of your prayers. You said that my newly created liver and lung cells will be cancer resistant and that they will be super smart natural cells that will outwit any cancer cells. I also loved your statement about releasing fire in our bodies and cleansing it from all cancer so that I will not have premature death. Your post on praying for cancer was very powerful and is something I read every day. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  2. Dear Becky, I will join in the chorus and say: Amen! I needed to hear this too.” I have been trying to persevere and stand strong in my healing situation. Insomnia and therefore many more symptoms have been so debilitating that I have had to say, “Lord, I believe, help me in my unbelief!” I have been crying out to the Lord for weeks. Please stand with me in faith for complete healing and restoration dear Becky. Hugs right back at you, Gail

    1. Gail,
Be strong int the faith without wavering, knowing that He who began a good work in you is faithful to complete it. I speak peace to your mind and emotions and to your ability to sleep. I curse the root cause that is stealing your sleep. In Jesus’ name, sleep peacefully, amen.

    2. Dear Becky, thank you very much! Yes I will agree with you that, “He Who has begun a good work in me will see it to completion.” I have just found out that there is an issue with something called von Willebrand’s factor which affects platelets and is inherited, and also Promaine in the brain. I am running on two hours of sleep today, but stand in faith that quote by His stripes I am healed and made whole. In “thank you so much, Gail

      1. Gail, keep up the confession of faith. No longer confess what the doctors say, but instead prophesy that your are redeemed for all sickness and disease for the glory of the Lord, that you sleep through the night, and that your body is strong, healed and well, amen and amen.

        Hugs,
        Becky

  3. Becky , In the last 3 nights , 2 of them I have not slept a second. Agree with me in prayer that God will give me sweet sleep . What ever the reason I know that God paid for my healing when he took those 39 stripes . I do take thyroid medication . Ten years ago I had a horrible issues with not sleeping , my adernals had flat lined , but the last 2 years my sleep did improve , now here lately it seems to be acting up again . Need wisdom to be able to discern what is causing this situation .
Have all 4 of Your books , and they are keepers , will keep them forever , looking forward to You writing another book , what a blessing You have been to me , and I am learning things I never knew . Even tho I am 65 , Your books are teaching me so much . God Bless You

    1. Patricia,
In the name of Jesus I speak to the part of the brain that controls your ability to sleep. I command your brain to be realigned to the Word of God that declares by His stripes we are healed. I speak to this prat of the brain the same as well. Be at peace, be strengthened, and be healed and made whole, amen.

I am walking in newness of life because I have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of me. I am a carrier of His presence. Wherever I go, I can activate the supernatural power of God in every circumstance or situation I am in. Thank you Jesus, you deserve the glory. Amen
