Are You Ready for the Lord’s Return? Prophetic Word

The word of the Lord would say to you, “Those who have ears to hear, listen.

I know the plans I have for you. They are not filled with destruction but are ordained to bless and prosper you.

Yes, we are living in the end, but I have not left you high and dry on the wayside.

No, I have set you on the path of righteousness, and the righteous hear of the end and they are glad.

They are not filled with fear because they are fully aware of My faithfulness to them.

Now, they are not naive like the foolish virgins, but are ready and prepared like the wise ones.

What did the wise possess? They had lamps filled with oil to shine their light. And their light shined for all to see, and their light was not hidden from the foolish. All could see that they carried the light.

They possessed the oil necessary to light their lamps. They even were prepared to shine when other lamps would grow dim for they possessed extra oil. They were wise and therefore tapped into the abundance of the oil before the return of their groom.

This portion of the bride was already dressed and ready to meet their groom whenever He would call them up hither. The crier asks you, “Are you ready to meet your Groom?”

Are your garments spotless? Have you rid yourself of all sin issues? Or do you have some more cleanup to do?

Are your garments free from wrinkles? Have you pressed them out? Or do you need to put the pressure on the old man’s ways and demand them out of your life for good?

The wise ready themselves to meet the Groom, the foolish do not. Are you ready?”

7 Steps to Get Ready for Jesus’ Return

How do we prepare ourselves?

  1. Make sure you are in right standing with Jesus Christ.  Romans 10:9 tells us, “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. “
  2. Forgive and be forgiven. Matthew 6:14-15 makes it plain, “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. “
  3. Be about your Heavenly Father’s business and win people to Jesus. Mark 16: 15-16 tells us what His business is, And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.  He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”  1 Corinthians 9:19 Paul unselfishly writes from his heart, “Though I am free of obligation to anyone, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible.” And Proverbs 11:30 tells us what type of person cares enough to evangelize the lost, “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who is wise wins souls.” Mark 16:17-18 instructs us how God wants us to evangelize, “And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
  4. Be empowered with the Holy Spirit for the task ahead of us. Zechariah 4:6 gives words of wisdom how to accomplish the Father’s business, “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty. Acts 1:8 tells us how we will be empowered, But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
  5. Encourage yourself spiritually and learn to operate in the prophetic. “He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church.” 1 Corinthians 14:4.
  6. Study the Word of God, Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15.
  7. And my final point, live like you believe. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. “ James 1:22-25.

If we will put these 7 steps of faith into action, we will be ready for Jesus’ return.

Are You Fighting Discouragement?

Start with a prayer to the source of encouragement. “From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” Psalms 61:2.

Biblical instructions on how to overcome discouragement. Wait on the LordBe of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!” Psalm 27:14. We are to wait with hope, with expectancy, like a pregnant woman awaits the blessed day for the birth of her child.

Consider the word wait in a different manner, not just as a period of time waiting for something to happen, but to serve the Lord. Look at this famous verse from Isaiah 40:31 in this way, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”  I know that I have found when I serve the Lord, my strength is renewed. I am filled with joy, and because joy is a supernatural strength we do become stronger as we serve Him. And to clarify what I mean by serving the Lord, it doesn’t mean to take on another task at your local place of fellowship, but to wait upon Him as follows:

  1. Still your heart before Him.
  2. Worship Him in spirit and in truth.
  3. Pray in the Spirit.
  4. Fellowship with Him in His Word.
  5. Stop doing all the talking, be quiet and let Him speak to you.

If, you will follow these simple steps you will find your source of encouragement in Christ and overcome the enemy’s power of discouragement.

Prayer of Faith from Parkinson’s Disease

Here is a prayer of faith from Parkinson’s disease to pray over your loved ones that are suffering from this neurodegenerative disease.

I raise up the standard of the blood of Jesus on your behalf. I release its power over this spirit of premature death, this degenerative disorder attacking your central nervous system and the strength and ability of your motor system. I curse this label of Parkinson’s and the torment it is causing you. In agreement with God’s Word, I declare that you are healed and made whole by the flogging that Jesus bore to purchase your healing. I believe in the redemptive power of the Cross and that you have been redeemed from this curse. By the power of faith in the goodness of our Lord you are delivered from Parkingson’s, your central nervous system is regenerated, your motor system regains its ability and strength. No more do you suffer from tremors, rigidity, slow movements, or have trouble with walking. You are alive and well, in Jesus’ name, amen.

Faith Is Your Direct Line to Jesus

Do you need to get a hold of Jesus? Do you feel frustrated because it seems like He is out of your reach? Did you realize that there is a way to connect with Him? It’s by faith, and it’s your faith that grabs hold of His undivided attention. Faith is your contact point with God. Even if you think your faith is little faith, all it takes is faith the size of a mustard seed and the mountains will move. Jesus says, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you,” Matthew 17:20. Faith is your direct line to Jesus.

Faith is all about trust and trusting in the right things in life. Proverbs 3:5-6, says it like this, Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Mark 11:22–24, has this to say about faith, and who to have faith in. “And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Faith is so pleasing to God, that it stops all of heaven, so to speak. It grabs His attention and causes Him to stop and hear your plea. There isn’t anything more pleasing to Him then to hear you speak to Him in His language–faith. Let’s consider this throughout the story of Moses and the Israelites, there was only one, Moses and multitudes of Israelites, and it was the faith of Moses that caused God to move on the behalf of the people. They all whined and complained because things weren’t happening like they were accustomed to seeing them happening from day-to-day. But God desired His people to trust Him, and He sort of pulled the rug out from under them time and time again and did things in a new and supernatural way. Consider all the ways He met their needs, He led them by a cloud by day, a pillar of fire in the night, He rained down fresh bread every morning, and sent them fresh meat to eat too. He gave them water from a rock. As they wandered in the desert for 40 years, their shoes did not wear out, neither did their clothes. He made a way of escape for them by parting the red sea. The list of supernatural ways God supplied for them is amazing. If it weren’t for Moses faith to lead them, I’m not sure what would or would not have happened, but Moses learned to trust in God and in all His ways, and so should we.

So whatever danger you are facing, whatever obstacle is standing in your way, or whatever the need is you have a unique way to connect with God–your faith. And in the beginning your faith may seem insignificant, but the more you exercise it the stronger and more powerful it becomes. So go ahead, trust God, and not your feelings or human reasoning or scientific findings, boldly trust God. The bolder the faith in Him, the quicker you captured His attention.

Faith doesn’t bawl and squall about what it doesn’t have or doesn’t see, that’s not faith, that’s doubt and unbelief, and that does not get His attention, nor is it well-pleasing to Him. Faith goes boldly before His throne of grace, it calls things that are not, as though they are already done. It trusts in God, and not in circumstances, or in the ways and wisdom of the world, but only in God. Remember, whenever you need to get a hold of Jesus faith is your direct line to Him.

Father God,

We can see how we have missed it in the area of faith time and time again. But we desire to make the necessary changes in our lives, no matter how difficult it is, we will put our trust in You, and only in You from this day forward, in Jesus’ mighty name we pray, amen and amen.

We Are Healed By His Stripes

The Word tells us that we are healed by His stripes. In Isaiah 53:5 (KJV) we read that “He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed”.

Time and time again, I witness the manifest power of the blood in this portion of Scripture. I can tell you firsthand, this message literally torments satan and his fallen angels (demons). It’s here where they encounter their defeat, and they shutter with fear when we hear its truth.

They witnessed this event through their own eyes of deception. Later when Jesus rose from the dead, the truth was revealed, and they knew they were defeated for eternity because of this historical event recorded in Isaiah 53:4-5.

This portion of Scripture is so powerful that in the Jewish faith today this chapter is skipped. Isaiah 52 and 54 are taught, but chapter 53 is not. But when they read or hear someone else read this chapter, they recognize it’s Jesus this chapter is speaking about. Think about that.

And because this chapter clearly prophesies what the Messiah, Yeshua, Jesus suffers to redeem us from (for all people) the devil fights hard to create controversy with this foundational truth. They realize that if they spread false teaching amongst the body of Christ concerning supernatural power of the blood of Christ to heal, people will be weak in the faith, powerless against their wicked attacks, bound by sickness and disease, tormented in their minds and emotions, and live in defeat. This will cause them to be ineffective with their witness to the lost.

Isaiah 53:4-5(AMP) But [in fact] He has borne our griefs, and He has carried our sorrows and pains;
Yet we [ignorantly] assumed that He was stricken,
struck down by God and degraded and humiliated [by Him]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him,
And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed.

Let’s dissect these verses and hear the truth from God’s Word.

He bore our griefs.

  • Bore = to bear, or to carry.
  • Griefs = sickness.

Yeshua bore / carried on His own body that sickness that is attacking your body.

He carried our sorrows.

  • Sorrows = physical and mental pain.

He bore / carried that hurt upon His own body for you, so that you can be free from it.

Yet, we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God.

  • Esteem = to make a judgement.
  • Stricken = plague.
  • Smitten = slaughter.

He was judged, plagued and slaughtered for our sin, sickness, and disease.

He was wounded for our transgressions.

  • Wounded = defiled.
  • Transgression = rebellion.

He was defiled for our rebellion.

He was bruised for our iniquities.

  • Bruised = to crush.
  • Iniquities = perversity / sin.

He was crushed because of our perversity / our sin.

The chastisement for our peace was upon Him.

  • Chastisement = discipline, correction.
  • Peace = welfare, health, prosperity, & peace.

He was disciplined for our welfare, our health, prosperity and peace.

By His stripes we are healed.

  • Stripes = bruise, stripe, wound.
  • Healed = to cure, heal, and make whole.

Jesus bore those healing whips upon His back for you, in your place, so that you can be cured, healed, and made whole again.

And what part do you play in this healing process? Believe, trust Him, allow Him to walk with you through this healing process. I hope this message helps you to understand that by His stripes we are healed.

Waiting for the Full Manifestation

I would recommend to this person to listen very carefully to what they are actually speaking when they are with people of likeminded faith, what are they speaking when they are with people that have no teaching or understanding of divine healing, and what are they speaking when they are alone. Our Words have power to create or to destroy. Proverbs 18:21 – “There is the power of LIFE and DEATH in the tongue.” If someone says, “I am so sick and tired of this…” Then they will be sick and tired. If someone says, “I can’t handle this anymore.” Then the situation will be out of their control. If someone says, “It hurts so much.” Then it is going to hurt and hurt much. If someone says, “I don’t ever receive the full manifestation.” Then they won’t receive it. As difficult as it all may sound, our words literally control our life.

I would encourage them to examine their life for any area of sin that has not been dealt with and repent and move forward. Check especially for strife and bitterness and then forgive. They need to forgive those that have wronged them. These things will cause them to falter in their confidence when they go before God and make their requests known to Him. (1 John 5:14-15) But as I taught in a previous post on August 9, 2011; “Getting Worse and Not Better”, God is not with holding healing from us. He already paid the price for our healing when He offered His back to be whipped to redeem healing for us. (Isaiah 53:4-5) Therefore, the hindrance to receiving the full manifestation is within us.

We need to learn to overcome the realm of our 5 senses like Abraham did. (Read Romans 4:12-25.) Personal example of overcoming the realm of the 5 senses: My knee was rubbing bone upon bone. My senses were telling me to go and seek medical help. It was swollen, I could feel the bones scraping one another, others could hear it scraping, it was very painful, and difficult to walk, but I chose to put my faith into action. I continued to declare that my knee was recreated in the name of Jesus. I spoke to the knee and told it to be recreated. I didn’t even give myself the pleasure of letting out a moan. I refused to focus on my 5 senses and in human reasoning and spoke only the Word and I continued about my daily business. When asked by others about my knee, I responded with words of what I desired and not what I had. “In Jesus’ name I AM healed.” And within a few days I had received the full manifestation of a brand-new knee!

Renewing the mind by reading the Word of God is a must in any battle. There have been times in my life when I have had to force myself to focus on the Word because what was in front of me was very strong, stubborn, painful, or looked impossible, but I choose to read the Word until it became more real to me than symptoms and human reasoning. I would read the Word until I fell asleep and if I woke up again, I would reread until I fell asleep again, I would actually dream the Word, and see and hear myself speaking the Word.(Romans 10:17) I had to overcome the battle in my mind. The physical realm was screaming symptoms and pain, and my spirit was telling me to ignore the symptoms, believe God’s Word and put my faith into action according to the Word. It was a battle, but I had the victory and received the full manifestation by fixing my eyes on the Word of God.

2 Reasons Why We Need to Change the Words We Speak

We need to change the words we speak. And today, I am sharing with you two reasons why we must do this. I know that it is very challenging to change the way in which we speak because we live in such a negative world. Many people do not even know how to speak anything positive because it has not been modeled before them. But it is possible to change the way in which we speak. If we want to walk in the realm of the miraculous it is a must! Here are two reasons why we need to change the words we speak.

  1. Death and Life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death and life] (Prov. 18:21, AMP).
  2. As I live, “says the Lord, “Just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you” (Numbers 14:28).

Let’s look at an example of negative words that God’s people often speak. “God doesn’t listen to my prayers.” What a negative and faithless confession. This type of speech builds walls between God and your miracle from manifesting. What does God’s Word say about this? “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth”, (Psalm 145:18). What would be a positive confession of faith to replace the negative lie, “God doesn’t listen to my prayers.”? “I come boldly to His throne of grace. I am confident that the Lord hears me, because He loves me, and grants to me the desires of my heart in Jesus’ name.”

The Language of Healing

If you say on a consistent basis that you are sick and tired. Guess what? You will be sick and tired.

If you tell your child that he or she will never amount to anything. Guess what? You destroy their self-esteem, and steal their confidence, and they won’t amount to anything. Because children want to please their parents and you set a very low goal before your child to meet.

If you say over and over again about yourself that you are just a poor man or a woman. Guess what? You curse yourself with your own words, and eventually your heart will believe what you say, and you will act upon those negative and faithless words. And you will never seem to have enough to make ends meet.

And it is the same with healing too. If you consistently speak pain, sickness and death, you strengthen the very thing that you desire to be free from, because you curse your own body with the power of your spoken words.

But the language of healing is very bold and radical in nature. It does not allow for one word of unbelief to be taken in or spoken. It will not tolerate doubt. It will not dwell on or consider the word impossible!

This vocabulary is birthed from time spent with the Holy Spirit and His Word. The more it is spoken on a consistent basis, the more it produces. And it will eventually lead us to the time frame of the instant, where miracles transform.

Here are some basic examples of the healing language. Take these examples and fashion them to your healing needs.

I am healed in the name of Jesus.

I am cancer free in Jesus’ name.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I can walk in Jesus’ name.

I will live in Jesus’ name.

I will fulfill my destiny in Jesus’ name.

I will not die prematurely in Jesus’ name.

In the name of Jesus, I will not be bound to this wheelchair.

I rebuke the spirit of death over my body in the name of Jesus.

I rebuke this pain and swelling in my body in the name of Jesus.

I command my knee to be recreated in the mighty name of Jesus.

If we will activate the supernatural power of faith-filled words, eventually our hearts will believe what we say and as a result, our healing will manifest. So yes, healing has a language. Learn it, speak it consistently and be healed.

Healing is the Restart Button

Healing is a restart button and by faith we can hit this button, trust God to heal us in spirit, soul, and in the physical body. Let’s talk about how healing is the restart button.

Jesus says that the thief, the devil, comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy, see John 10:10a. And a couple of weapons that satan uses against us are called sickness and disease. That’s right, sickness and disease steal joy, finances, and the future from us. They not only kill the human body, but they also kill hopes and dreams. They cause such havoc upon relationships that close relationships are often destroyed by the stress of it all. They also destroy such things in our lives such as our witness of a loving and faithful God, and a peaceful state-of-being. This is the reality of so many lives afflicted by sickness and disease, but we do not have to remain in the devil’s realm of chaos.

Jesus continues to speak to us in John 10:10b, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” We have a choice to make. Either we choose to stay in the realm of suffering with satan, or we choose to believe the words of Jesus, and align ourselves with the power of the Holy Spirit. And I encourage you to choose the latter and learn to believe and have faith to heal for yourself or for someone you care about.

I witness repeatedly that healing is like pressing the restart button to life. I was ministering in Zanesville, Ohio and so many received their healings and by their faith they hit this refresh button of faith, and their lives are beginning over again, without sickness and disease and all the pain and suffering it burdens them down with.

One husband and wife stood in front of me desiring to hit this refresh button of faith for their healing and they did, and they received the astounding miracles from God they so desired. The husband had suffered a stroke which left his left side paralyzed and his left eye completely blind. In an instant this man’s eye was opened and he cried out, “I can see again!” He and his wife were jumping for joy, and he cried out again that the paralysis is completely gone. This man was loosed from this heavy burden that satan had put upon him, and all that the enemy had stolen from him was restored.

What are you waiting for? Hit that restart button with your faith for healing and allow the healing power of the Lord to refresh, restore and restart your life over again for the glory of the Lord. Amen!
