Created to Win!
Did you know that you are created to win? And to win every battle that you face? When you become born again, you inherit the greater power within. This power is the Holy Spirit. He is the creative, explosive power of God. And He lives within your spirit–your spiritual temple.
But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you (Romans 8:11).
Wherever you go, He is with you. You were not created to lose to satan, or to be pushed around and bullied by His wickedness. You were created to overtake him by a simple command, “Get behind me, satan!” (See Matthew 4:10; 16:23.) You are created to be the head and not the tail.
Why? Because Jesus crushed satan’s head below His feet at Calvary.
And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel (Genesis 3:15).
Having said this, we sometimes need a reminder that there is no sickness, no disease, or deadly attack of the enemy that is greater than the power of the Holy Spirit. The only reason these attacks can succeed against us is that we allow them to–either because we do not know how to fight to win, or we abandon hope, backing down from our stance of faith and allowing the enemy to win the earthly battle before us.
