He Pardons All Iniquities

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace  which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,  having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,  that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. (Ephesians 1:7-10).

God is faithful and true, and He forgives our iniquities our perversity, and our sin. The following is a beautiful testimony of forgiveness.

A divorced man with seven daughters was given a chance to help his daughters start to heal emotionally from years of pain that he caused them, but he struggled within himself to make the right choice. Convinced they would never believe him, he was afraid that his daughters would not accept his apology.

He also struggled to forgive himself. We shared with him the power of Jesus Christ to forgive and to release us from all unrighteousness. We gave him the opportunity to make his life right with Jesus. He accepted the offer and prayed and asked the Father to forgive him and asked Jesus to be his Savior.

We began to explain to the man about his daughters’ need to hear him apologize to them so that they could start to heal. Without his sincere words of sorrow for the pain his iniquities caused, they would have a very difficult life. We asked him if this was what he wanted for them.

As sincere tears flowed from his eyes, he asked each one of his girls to forgive him. Each one fell into his arms and cried from the depths of their hearts.

This man made the right choice–he asked for the Lord to forgive him for his wickedness and then asked his daughters to forgive him as well. The Lord knew the sincerity of this man’s heart and pardoned his iniquities, his perversity, and his sin. And the Lord knows the sincerity of your heart as well. And He wills to give you another opportunity to make painful situations in your life right too.

Remember All of His Benefits

The Scriptures remind us to forget not all of His benefits. But first, we have to know what His benefits are in order to remember to activate them in our lives. Psalms so beautifully describes what His benefits are:

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s (Psalm 103:2-5).

  1. He forgives our iniquities.
  2. He heals all our diseases.
  3. He redeems our life from destruction.
  4. He crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies.
  5. He satisfies our mouth with good things.
  6. He renews our youth like the eagle’s.

Healing Is A Good Gift

Some Christians really squawk when they hear someone teach or testify about healing, as if healing were an evil thing. They would be less convicted for their doubt and unbelief if the person were not healed to begin with. But we are not going to be like the squawkers, Instead we are going to ponder on the goodness of this gift of healing. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning” (James 1:17).

Healing is a gift from God, and is found through the Bible. In other words, healing is biblical. Because it comes from our Savior Himself, it is beyond good–it’s great!

For those suffering from severe pain, God’s gift of supernatural healing is the greatest pain reliever there is. When a man suffering from a year-year migraine receives supernatural healing and all pain instantly disappears, he starts to rejoice. When a woman’s painful and crippled arthritic hands heal, she sheds tears of joy.

Does the mama of a ten-year-old girl, who was born with a deformed hip that never grew correctly and caused her little girl daily pain and suffering, question if healing is good or evil? Of course not; she knows by the witness of her own heart and by the smile on her daughter’s face that this is only good, and she glorifies God for His healing power.

When these people receive their healing, they do not question if healing is evil. No, they know it’s good, and they know it comes from God, It changes their life, and they can’t help but testify on His goodness to others.

God’s gift of supernatural healing is good and perfect.

Word of the Lord – September 27, 2017

Word of the Lord – September 27, 2017 – 3:00 AM

Would you seek Me in an uneventful day?

Is your faith in Me real and here to stay?

I have promised you that I will never leave you nor forsake you?

But will My children do the same?

As the events roll forth,

Know that I am still the greater force.

The darkness is increasing, lives are being stolen, and souls are being snatched away.

And yet many of My people, who are called by My name, will not bow on bended knee and intercede with Me.

Their spiritual eyes still do not see, their spiritual ears are as deaf as can be, their necks are stiffed with their heads held high against Me.

And yet they cry out, “Father, where would you be?”

I have given you all that I can give –everything.

I have not withheld My presence from thee.

And yet you flee as soon as the crisis subsides.

Is this what I am to you, a crisis-God?

I have asked you to love Me with all your heart.

Are you willing to start?

Will you do your part?

Will you intercede? Will you plead for the nations?

Look to My creations. They moan and they groan, they know what you have sown.

If you will not bend your knee, then what have I to do with thee?

Look all around and listen to the sound.

It’s really quite profound.

You sing, “I was lost, but now am found.”

Do you understand why you were found?

You were found to repeat My sound.

The sound of grace upon every race, in every place.

Look to the heavens and know that I now stand, and according to My Father’s plan, the time you’ve longed for is at hand.

Will you raise your right hand and take a stand and be about your Father’s plan?

Will you bend your knee and begin to intercede like Me?

A Proper Faith Response

Okay, you have made a decision to activate faith for your physical healing. But it takes time for you to work out your faith. And you wonder, “How do I respond when people ask me how am I doing?” This response is not as complicated as you have worked it up to be.

According to Scripture, “By His stripes you were healed”, Isa. 53:4-5. It has already happened in the realm of the Spirit, but unbelievers do not understand this. Right? And they cannot because spiritual matters are spiritually discerned, they first need to be born-again to understand Kingdom principles. Even many Christians lack the know how to manifest the Kingdom of God happenings, miracles into the realm of earth.

So you find ourselves back to the original question, “How do I respond when people ask me how am I doing?” Holy Spirit knew you would need instruction about how to respond in faith to activate and keep our healing. He penned through the writings of the Apostle Paul in Romans 4:17 the answer, (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.”

You are to respond as though the healing has already manifested in your physical body. Like this, “I am better now, I am stronger than I was yesterday, and in Jesus’ name, I am healed.”

Is this lying? No. It is Holy Spirit’s radical vocabulary of faith. And this is the only way in which He speaks to create a miracle. And He teaches you in Romans 4:17 how to create what you have need of by the power of your spoken words.

Know the Basic Signs of the Last Days

Anyone with a discerning eye can see that we are in the beginning of the end. But even so, the enemy is working hard to add confusion and fear to the times that are upon us. Do you know the basic signs of the times for these last days? In Matthew 24 Jesus teaches His disciples and us how to recognize the signs of His coming and the end of the age.

Jesus first cautions us not to be deceived. He says that many false Christs will arise and lead many astray. And Paul also warns us in 2 Tim. 3:13, “But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.” If someone declares they are the Christ on this earth, be secure in the truth that they are not. Even if they perform great signs and wonders, they are not. Why? According to the Word in Titus 2:13, He will not appear to us on the earth, but He will appear to us in the clouds, and be caught up with Him, along with our fellow believers. “Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,” Titus 2:13. Again Rev. 1:7 confirms the way He will come to us on that great and glorious day, Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen. And we, who are alive will shed this earth suit and be supernaturally changed. 1 Cor. 15: 50-53 explains it like this, “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.  Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—  in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

Next, our Lord encourages us not to be afraid because there will be wars and rumors of wars, and explains that these things must take place, but the end is not yet. Wars and rumors of wars are frightful events, but God promises us in Isa. 41:10, Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’”

He continues to speak to us about the political arena and says that nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. He reveals to us that there will be disasters in various places such as famines and earthquakes. And makes it plain that these are not the final signs, but the beginning of birth pangs.

The world will be in chaos, and its inhabitants will be insecure not knowing how to meet their daily needs, but we have security in God’s Word that promises us that if we seek first His kingdom and all of His righteousness then all these things that we have need of will be met. Matt. 6:31-33 says, Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Did he not provide for the Israelites when they wandered in the desert for 40 years? According to the Scriptures God graciously provided for their daily needs. He supplied His people with water from the rock, see Ex. 17:5-7, it rained down manna daily, see Ex. 16:4, they had fresh meat, see Ex. 16:13, and their shoes and clothes did not wear out, see Deut. 29:5.

He then discusses with them about the individual who calls him or herself  a follower of Jesus Christ.  “Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name.”

Let’s face it, this is a very serious matter that will take every ounce of faith to overcome the temptation to recant our faith. Jesus understands this temptation all too well. In the Garden of Gethsemane He is so afraid of the torture that He is to endure for you and for me that He starts to sweat great drops of blood. He  cries out to His Heavenly Father to come up with another plan, to remove Him from this situation. Heb. 4:15 confirms this point, it says “For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.”. He overcomes the power of the human will to run away from His destiny, to be selfish and to turn away from our need, to allow fear, doubt, and unbelief to control His actions, and finally surrenders to His Father’s will and lays down His life for us. Matt. 26:39 in the New King James Version of the Bible reads, “He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.”

He tells us that many false prophets will rise and lead many people away from God. And Peter also warns us in 2 Pet. 2:1-3, But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.”

Women especially tend to be led astray by their emotions. The Bible warns us not to be gullible in 2 Tim. 3:5-7, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” Women, we are not to be naïve, but wise. No matter how godly, how charismatic, how charming or how appealing the one with the message may seem, we are responsible to try the spirits and judge the message against the Word of God.

Not everyone will have to confront the possibility of being martyred for their faith, but we will all face some sort of tribulation and be hated because of our faith in Jesus. He says that during this stage of the Last Days that many will fall away, and they will betray and hate one another. And because of the increase in lawlessness that most people’s love will grow cold. But He makes it clear, “But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.” See Matt. 24:13.

And this portion of Scripture closes with Jesus declaring “This gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.” See Matt. 24:14.

And just to clear up a matter of confusion, can the date of Jesus’ return be predicted? According to the Scriptures the answer is no. It states in Matt. 24:36, “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” So the next time you hear someone has figured out the exact date of Jesus’ return you know not to listen to them. Only the Father knows the exact date and time, but as we read in Matt. 24:3-15 God does want us to be aware of the season and clearly gives us the signs to look for.

I encourage you to open up the Word of God, start with Matthew 24 and ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand the basic teachings concerning the End-Times. He is faithful and true and wants you to know and recognize the basic signs of the Last Days.

Seek People of Faith

Do you need a miracle? Then it’s of utmost importance to seek out and surround yourself with people of faith. Why? According to 1 Corinthians 15:33 we are warned about the people we keep company with. It clearly states, “Do not be deceived, ‘Evil company corrupts good habits.'”

This word corrupts in Greek is phtheirō and it means to defile, destroy, deprave, G5351. This draws a pretty clear picture of what happens to our habits of faith when we do not align ourselves correctly with others of strong faith. Think about this for a while. When you align yourself with people of weak faith or people who are ignorant of the supernatural power of faith you allow them to defile your faith. The Merriam-Webster online definition of defile is to make impure or unclean. It also means to contaminate, which implies intrusion of or contact with dirt or foulness from an outside source. It describes deprave as to pervert or to pollute, and it describes destroy as to put an end to the existence of (something) by damaging or attacking it.

It’s worth the effort to search the real meaning of the words used in the Bible, and in this case you can see the seriousness of choosing the company you keep. The last thing you need when activating your faith for a miracle is to be surrounded by unbelieving people, including unbelieving believers. These types of people will put an end to the existence of your miracle by damaging or attacking your faith. They will contaminate your faith, make it impure or unclean with their doubt. You cannot afford to pollute your faith with their unbelief.

What did Jesus do when He encountered a room full of doubt? He kicked them out. He did not allow them to contaminate the spiritual atmosphere with their unbelief. Let’s read this testimony from Luke 8: 50-55, But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.” When He came into the house, He permitted no one to go in except Peter, James, and John, and the father and mother of the girl. Now all wept and mourned for her; but He said, “Do not weep; she is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him, knowing that she was dead. But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying, “Little girl, arise.” Then her spirit returned, and she arose immediately. And He commanded that she be given something to eat.

Do you see the reason to seek and surround yourself with people of strong faith when you are in need of a miracle? Jesus was about to raise Jairus’ daughter from the dead, but the unbelievers ridiculed Him when He declared by faith that she was not dead, just asleep. He knew the destructive power of doubt being activated from the people. He made them leave and then the only supernatural force activated in that room was faith, and it over powered the spirit of death and released the Spirit of Life and the girl came back to life.

This is exactly what we had to do when we raised our son, Marcos from the dead. We had to purify the spiritual atmosphere from all doubt and unbelief, so that the supernatural power of our faith could override the spirit of death with the Spirit of Life, and he came back to life, and dead body parts were recreated for the glory of the Lord and for our good pleasure.

3 Steps to Pick Up the Pieces

God’s Word tells us that in this world we will have tribulation, see John 16:33. We will pass through difficult times, not because this is God’s will and plan for us, but because we live in a fallen world. But even during these very troubling times in life He promises to be with us. He says in Isaiah 43: 1-2, Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.

Some of you are thinking, “What about those that passed through literal floods and flames and even lost their lives because of it?” Where was God in all of this? Psalm 23:4 reveals to us just where He was, Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.Even though these are very painful things for us to consider, God was with them. He did not abandon them, He remained faithful to them.

But for those of us that remain, how do we move forward after the storms of life hit us? Here are 3 basic steps to help pick up the pieces again.

  1. Choose life. Deuteronomy 30:19 says, “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!” God didn’t tell us this would be easy, that’s why this is a choice. It is a decision to move forward and the first step that one must take is to live again, not just for yourself, but for the well being of your children and your children’s children. We need to choose life for the sake of others. You may be the very one that God uses to bring life and healing to another.
  2. Choose joy. This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it,” Psalm 118:24. Joy is a choice, and according to  Nehemiah 8:10 it is a supernatural strength. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.Sometimes people feel guilty to smile and laugh again, some believe that to happy again would dishonor the memory of their loved one, but if truth be told, your loved one that has passed on would want you to be happy again.
  3. Choose to trust. I believe this is one of the most difficult challenges for people that have suffered great loss. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us to Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.Feelings, human reasonings, and even demons try to convince us to remain in the present sorrow, and give up on life. But God desires to carry you through that dark valley and into His promised land.

A friend of mine who went through many challenges in life once said to me, “I will not could have, should have, or would have on myself today.” What was my friend declaring? That she had made the choice not to remain in the past sorrows, but to move forward, to choose life, not just for herself, but for the sake of her children and her children’s children, and to learn to trust again. Jesus will help you do the same.

Boldly Declare

When the attack of the enemy bears down hard and the reports shout death, I will not fear. I will put my trust in my God:

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen (Ephesians 3:20-21).

Like Abraham, I too believe “in the presence of Him whom he believed–God, who gives life to the dead and calls those tings which do not exist as though they did”  (Rom. 4:17). I boldly declare His abundant life, healing power, and supernatural strength to overtake my body.

I bind myself to the power of the blood of Jesus to take down this illness, to heal me, to recreate this physical body of mine, to renew my strength. According to the healing words of Isiah 40:29-31, because I wait upon the Lord, I will mount up with wings like eagles, I will run and not be weary, I will walk and not faint, in Jesus’ name I declare, amen.
