Redeemed From the Enemy’s Hand

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,” Psalm 107:2. According to the word of the Lord we’ve been redeemed from the hand of the enemy. Do we believe it? Or do we still under estimate the power of the Lord within us? At first many will respond with a reassuring response, “No!”. But when difficulties designed by the enemy come our way to steal, to kill, and to destroy us, many of God’s people cave into the attack of the enemy, and often without any form of resistance. This response to satan’s tactics is not right. We are to believe what God says about His redemptive hand upon us. And what does He say about our redemption from our enemy?

“When you go out to battle against your enemies and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you,” Deuteronomy 20:1-4. Do not to be afraid of the size of the attack or being outnumbered, in this case the number of people rising against you. And I want to encourage you that sometimes the enemy is not people rising against you at all, but it could be a disease, the cell count of HIV or other disease in your body. No matter the number rising against your health and life, don’t be afraid, because God is with you.

“Listen, all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: thus says the LORD to you, ‘Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God’s,” 2 Chronicles 2:15. Again, don’t be afraid of the size of the multitude rising against you, no matter if the multitude is people or sickness or some other form of attack, remember the battle belongs to the Lord. And according to the Scriptures Jesus won the battle for us at Calvary. “But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ,” 1 Corinthians 15:57.

“For by their own sword they did not possess the land, And their own arm did not save them, But Your right hand and Your arm and the light of Your presence, For You favored them,” Psalm 44:3-7. These battles are not won in our own strength, but in His, and in His manifested presence. “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty,” Zachariah 4:6.

Clearly throughout Scripture our God paid the price through His Son, our Redeemer Jesus Christ paid the price for our victory, and now it is up to us to trust in His righteous right hand upon us to uphold and deliver us through these vicious attacks of the enemy in whatever form they attack us.

“Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win,” 1 Corinthians 9:24. If you will run your race according to God’s Word you will live in the victory He provided for us.

But as with any and all promises of God it is a choice to live victoriously. “I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus,” Philippians 3:4.

And the only way to victory against our enemy, satan is by our faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ. “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world–our faith,” 1 John 5:4.

And He has given everything we need to overcome the wicked attacks of the enemy, His authority (See Luke 10:19), His supernatural power, unconditional love, and the mind of Christ (See 2 Timothy 1:7), His resurrection power (see Romans 8:11), the power of faith (see Hebrews 11:1), the supernatural strength in joy (see Nehemiah 8:10b), and life and healing in His Word (Proverbs 4:20-22), and so much more.

Be confident and speak the truth that you are victorious in Christ, and no matter what comes your way you’ll fight the good fight of faith and complete the race as one who knows they are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, see Revelation 12:11.

Deliverance From a Spirit of Addiction

Addiction is real, it’s like a giant size wrecking ball destroying individuals, marriages, families, businesses, ministries, communities, cities, and even nations. It’s wrecking havoc in the lives of people throughout this entire earth,  including the body of Christ. We can see the suffering it causes within the soul, (the mind and emotions), and in the physical realm. But what the world, and oftentimes the Church refuses to address is the root of the problem, the spirit. And until the spiritual aspect of this widespread epidemic is attended to people will continue to be enslaved to the addiction and it’s destructive behaviors and results.

Addiction is more than spiritual, it’s an evil spirit–a demon that has taken control of the mind and the emotions and works it’s evil into the physical realm of the individual and all those that they come into contact with. But even though, humanly speaking, the situation looks impossible, it is not. There is hope–His name is Jesus Christ, and with  Him all things are possible, including freedom from addiction.

To be free from addiction one needs to be delivered in the name of Jesus and by the power of His blood. Why does one need to be delivered in the name of Jesus? Because according to God’s Word, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father,” Philippians 2:10-11. And when we have the revelation that addiction is a demon, our faith can arise to the occasion and take our God-given authority in the name that is above every name and demand this evil spirit out of ourselves, and/or loved ones.

Also, to be free from addiction one needs to be delivered by the power of the blood of Jesus. Why? According to Isaiah 53:4-5 Jesus was whipped and shed His blood so we could be healed in spirit, soul, and in body. When we spend the time and rightly divide the Word, we can determine that the translations of Isaiah 53:4-5 is holistic. That the atonement, the redemptive blood of Jesus, does in fact provide spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. (For a greater understanding see chapter 2, pages 33-41, in The Healing Creed.) This includes deliverance from demonic forces that come to steal, to kill, and to destroy us, see John 10:10.

Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:4-5.

Deliverance from addictions come in all forms. It depends upon the strength and familiarity of the demon. In other words, how long has the person been walking hand-in-hand with this demon? And how far into the darkness of sinful behavior has this person willingly gone with this evil spirit?

Sometimes all it takes is a prayer of repentance and the person is free from demonic behavior, because it’s just that–ungodly behavior. But other times the demon does not want to let go of the person, because it inhabits, possesses the individual, and it’s not going to leave it’s abode without a spiritual fight.

Now you notice I said a “spiritual fight”. You cannot force a demon out of someone with physical force or physical means, it’s a spiritual battle. For example, screaming at the demon, or physically slapping the individual does nothing to the demon. In fact, the demon is enjoying your display of ignorance and it wants you to make that person suffer more. It knows at that point you do not know who you are in Christ, and you are unaware of the authority in the name and in the blood of Jesus that you have been given.

To force this demon to leave you will have to create a spiritual atmosphere that the demon cannot handle being in. This means you will have to activate spiritual weapons that are supernaturally stronger than it is.

DEMONS OBEY THE FOLLOWING:

1. The authority of the name of Jesus.that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,” Philippians 2:10.

2. The supernatural activation of the power of the blood of Christ. “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed,” Isaiah 53:5.

3. And they will obey you when they know that you clearly understand that you have dominion over them. “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you,” Luke 10:19.

TO CREATE THE RIGHT ATMOSPHERE YOU WILL NEED TO:

1. Spend time in prayer and fasting. “So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting,” Matthew 17: 20-21.

2. Activate the fruits of the Spirit. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law,” Galatians 5:22-23.

3. Pray in the Holy Spirit.

  • You need to activate supernatural power over the enemy – But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth,” Acts 1:8.
  • The Holy Spirit will pray through you what is needed – Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God,” Romans 8:26-27.
  • You need to keep yourself strong throughout the entire battle. –He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church,” 1 Corinthians 14:4.

4. And you will need to kick out the doubters and unbelievers from the place. You may actually need to leave the place that is familiar to the one possessed by the demon and bring them into your territory where hopefully is saturated with the presence of the Lord. When Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing, He said to them, “Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him. But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose. And the report of this went out into all that land,” Matthew 9:23-26.

AFTER THE DELIVERANCE YOU WILL NEED TO:

After the deliverance has taken place you must do the following as we are taught in Matthew 12:43-45 to keep the demons from returning. “When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.  Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.”

  • Renew your mind and your ways as you read God’s Word. My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings.
Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life,” Proverbs 4:20-23.
  • Develop relationship with God as you pray (talk to God) in your natural language and build yourself up as you pray in the Holy Spirit. “Then you will call on Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you,” Jeremiah 29:12. And again in 1 Corinthians 14:4a, He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself .”
  • Keep the spiritual atmosphere clean as you listen to praise and worship music.See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise,  redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,  speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,  submitting to one another in the fear of God,” Ephesians 5:15-21.

If you will work these Scriptures out to the fullest you will find the freedom from addiction that you and your loved one so desire.

Deliverance From an Orphaned Spirit

Many people are suffering from an orphaned spirit. But what is it? People with an orphaned spirit usually have a lifelong wrestle with feelings of depression, rejection and low self esteem. They find it difficult to believe that they can truly be loved by anyone, including God. They are often manipulative and problematic, and suffer from addictions, and failing relationships, and fear getting close to others because they might be rejected, so they reject the other person first. And they struggle to believe God’s promises are for them, and wrestle to receive them for themselves.

Does this sound familiar? Do you struggle with these very same problems as described above? If so, you are not alone. Many of God’s people have come from painful backgrounds, and don’t understand what’s wrong in life. Oftentimes, the reason for their suffering is that they are living with an orphaned spirit.

You do not have to be physically orphaned to suffer from an orphaned spirit. Perhaps, you never knew your earthly father, because either he was non existent within the family unit, or maybe he was there physically, but not there emotionally. Perhaps, your mother or father or both abandoned the family. Maybe they were very abusive to you or non caring. Regardless of the situation, the pain was and is very real and controls your daily life and hinders your ability to be happy again.

I was recently ministering in a Church, and from the moment I walked in I could sense an orphaned spirit. As I was sharing our son’s amazing testimony about how we raised him from the dead, and by faith, believed and received a new heart, lungs, kidneys and a new brain for him from the goodness of our God, the Lord gave me this underlying message in the midst of this very powerful testimony about being set free from an orphaned spirit. Our son, was orphaned from the time of conception inside of his birth mother’s womb. She truly did not want him, and tried to end his life via abortion attempts, but could not succeed. We received him when he was just one day old, we gave him a name, loved and cared for him, and fought to adopt him, and after many years his adoption was complete. Our son is no longer orphaned, nor does he have an orphaned spirit.

When I gave the altar call almost half, if not more of the congregation came forward. It was an amazing moment to witness so many of God’s people take the initial steps to freedom from an orphaned spirit.

And for those of you that have suffered a difficult past, and have struggled for many years because of it there is hope and freedom from an orphaned spirit. His name is Jesus. And He gave all He had for you because He loves you and wants you. And fought the enemy, satan, to purchase you with His blood, and adopt you into His family.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.  For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”  The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,  and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. Romans 8: 14-17.

Like I have said to many of the children in our children’s home over the years, “You can’t go back into the past and change what has happened, but you can overcome the bondage of the stronghold it has over you. Its like an old worn out shoe that you need to remove and throw it away in the trash, and not pick it out of the garbage and wear again. Throw it away, and now walk in the authority that Jesus gave to you to overcome all hurts, past and present.”

Let’s pray.

Father God,

I come before You with this great hurt from my past, and I give it to You. I choose to walk away from it, and never turn back to it. The truth of my past hurts, and I call upon Your healing balm of Gilead to heal these emotional wounds. And I know I need to do one more thing– forgive. And so by faith, not by feelings, I forgive the person or persons that have so wounded me. And I forgive them because Your Word tells me to do so. In obedience to You, I forgive and I not only forgive, but I release (name of person or persons) from my bitterness and from my revenge. And because I forgive and release (name of person or persons) from my bitterness and revenge, I am now forgiven of my own sins and free from the bondage of the past. Thank You, Father God, for accepting me into Your family.

In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.

Prayer for Victims & Survivors of Parkland, Florida Massacre

In Jesus’ name, we lift up the families and friends and the community of those that were shot and killed, and those that are injured and in surgery. I lift up the students and faculty of Parkland, Florida High School that they will find comfort through our prayers and support. Help everyone affected by this terrible tragedy this day.

Father God, cover them with the power of Your steadfast love and may Your mercies carry them through the tomorrows of uncertainty. Help them to find healing in their minds and emotions from all the fear and terror of this horrific event. Help us all to heal together.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”

Signs of Healing Begin to Manifest for Autism

The other week in Folsom, California 2 ladies came together, both mothers of little children suffering from autism and other physical and mental issues. When they came for ministry we witnessed a gentle touch of the Holy Spirit’s healing power for these children.

The first mama held onto her little girl, and this one responded in typical manner as one would expect, crying and refusal to look my way. I placed my hand upon her back as she hung on tightly with her arms wrapped around her mother’s neck. I renounced this autistic spirit that was torturing her. I no sooner spoke these words aloud and she stopped the intense crying, looked me in the eye and reached out to me and climbed into my arms, hung on tightly with her her head upon my shoulders. It was clearly not a normal behavior for her.

And for those not accustomed to working with a person suffering from autism, one classic symptom of autism is they cannot look someone in the eye, they turn from visual contact. So this was a giant step for this little girl to instantly look me in the eye, not once, but continual looking me in the eye. And the second major step in the right direction was her reaching out to me and climbing into my arms and laying her head down and holding on tightly to me. Those that are familiar with autism know that these are two amazing steps towards this little girl’s complete freedom from this demonic attack against her life.

To help you understand, let me explain to you what takes place in this type of deliverance? I am accustomed with anyone plagued with a demon spirit, and yes, autism is both spiritual and physical, how the demon within them can’t handle the presence of the Holy Spirit and they will cause the person suffering to scream, convulse and fight being in this place. It’s the spirit of fear’s tactics to frighten and cause the parents or others in authority over the child, regardless of age, to back off from the process and to enter into doubt and unbelief. But if you, their caregiver and protector will not falter in your spiritual authority during this process their deliverance and healing will manifest.

And how the Spirit of God taught me years ago with our own son’s deliverance and healing was to first take my authority over a severe autistic spirit that plagued him. I did as He said, and right then and there the demonic fit stopped and never returned.

After a few minutes of holding this little girl and releasing the love of the Holy Spirit over her by holding onto her tightly and praying in the Spirit over her, I handed her to someone else to continue on. The the second mom stood in front of me with her little son that suffered from autism and many other issues, one being unable to walk without help and basically did not leave his stroller due to all the autistic symptoms of suffering.

As this mother held her son that could not look people in the eye, I renounced the autistic spirit and released the healing power of the Holy Spirit into him. He too started to look each of us in the eye, and began to walk and walked all around holding onto his mom’s hand, and the next afternoon the mother returned with him and said he was walking with her all day.

What’s happening here? According to the words of Jesus it is our faith that heals and makes us whole. “Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.”” Luke 17:19. And I know that the Spirit of God meets us wherever our faith is. Faith calls out to the Spirit of God. It pleases Him. And as these mothers continue to release their faith, and learn to release it completely the full manifestation of these healings, which are many, will manifest completely.

I pray this helps you in your journey with Jesus  in your deliverance and healing process.

Is It Enough to Just Believe

The Holy Spirit constantly challenges my faith, and causes me to think about what I believe, and why I believe a certain way. And so I present the same questions to you that He does to me.

Today, I posted the following comment on social media, “No matter what people may say, God says that healing is for today!” And several people left the comment, “I believe!” This leads me to the following important, but basic question that the Lord has asked me in the past, “Is it enough to just believe?” Or more specifically, “Is it enough to just believe in healing?”

I know that some will say before spending the time to think before they speak that I am being sacrilegious here, but I’m not. Today, more than ever we need to be willing to challenge our faith, examine our beliefs and understand what it means to have faith in God. What does it really mean to believe?

Let’s read the words from James 2:18-20 regarding faith and believing, “But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?”

Meditate a bit on what James is saying here. He says to someone saying they believe in God, that’s good, but even the demons believe there is a God. There is more to faith then just believing. And it’s the same in any area of our spiritual life, whether we are talking about if God exists or if His benefits,  such as healing is real. It’s good to say we believe in healing, and that it is for today, but quite frankly, even the demons believe healing is for today. That’s why they fight so hard against this foundational belief. They know it’s real and they fear the eternal fruit, like salvations, deliverances and more healings that your healing will produce.

But so often people say they believe in healing, and that God wills to heal them. This is good, but it is not enough to just say you believe. You have to take it a step further and activate your believe, put your faith in action. Act as if you are already healed.

The man with the withered hand could have said, “I believe, I believe, I believe in healing.” and nothing would have happened until he put his faith to work, put action behind his beliefs, and the moment he extended his hand his healing actually manifested.

So I ask you, “Is it enough to just believe in healing?” Or is there more? Yes, there is the next step to take–action. Put your money where your mouth is and activate that belief. Then, and only then, do you truly believe.

His Righteous Right Hand

The prophetic word I sense in my spirit to share with you is a word of encouragement that comes from His throne of grace towards you. He says to you, “My righteous right hand is always for you, never against you. I will uphold you when all else fails. I will provide for you if you will allow Me too. I will defend you in the spirit of truth. When the wiles of the enemy rage against you, raise up the standard of the blood. You do not need to fear the enemy and the plans he has formed against you, because greater am I, Jesus, in you then he satan in the world. As you press into Me, you will find the freedom and joy that you so long for. I intercede on behalf of your welfare. I truly do care.  And it is out of this care that I demonstrate my unconditional love for you in all ways, and at all times.” Thus say the Father and Jesus to you this day.

Make the Devil Tremble –Pray

There are times when God’s people refrain from entering into prayer because they do not believe that their prayers will be heard, or their words are not grand enough for the Lord to listen to. They fear they are not forgiven of past sins, and many other reasons. And this is exactly the plan of the enemy, satan to whisper lies to you so that you will not use this powerful weapon of warfare–prayer. But don’t you listen to that lying thief. If prayer wasn’t so powerful he wouldn’t spend so much of his time to convince you otherwise.

I read a book many years ago called, “Touch the World Through Prayer”, by Wesley L. Duewel. It’s been many years since I read the book and I can’t remember anything about it except for the following, “The devil trembles when he sees God’s weakest child upon his knees.” I say, “Amen!” to this quote.

So, the next time the devil has you hoodwinked into thinking that your prayers aren’t important, quote a few of the following Scriptures at him. And then pray in faith, believing that your prayers really do make a difference.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land, 2 Chronicles 7:14.

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them, Mk. 11:24.

The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth, Ps. 145: 18.

Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, Rom. 8:26.

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Jude 1:20.

Let’s do just that now–pray.

Father God, in the mighty name of Your Son, Jesus, I pray. I pray in faith and thank You that You hear me when I pray in faith. You put importance upon my supplications. When I pray things happen in the supernatural realm and turn the natural world around me upside down.

I thank You, that through Your love and mercy that I can pray for my loved one and You will forgive them of their sin that does not lead to eternal death.

I thank You, Holy Spirit that I can build myself up when I pray in tongues. And I also thank You that when I don’t know how to pray through a situation, that while I pray in tongues You pray through me the perfect will of the Father.

Father God, how great a gift You have given to me, the ability to access the throne of Your grace, anytime, and anyplace.

In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.

Joy Unspeakable

There is a joy that Christians can have that does not come from this world. It comes from the depths of our redemption. No matter what happens while on this earth, we possess this unspeakable joy and it wells from deep within. Knowing that in the end of all things we are going to be with our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,  receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls” 1 Peter 1:6-9.

You may not understand what I am talking about. But I tell you the truth when I say it comes from knowing Him, not about Him, but having relationship, fellowship with Him. This joy has carried me through a mountain of sorrows and trials that you will never hear spoken from my lips. I take my deepest hurts straight to the Father in the name of Jesus. I work through earth’s pain in the realm of the Spirit. And it truly is He who makes me laugh.

Some people accuse me of laughing too much. I say, “You can never laugh too much.” This laughter is an expression of my faith working it’s way into the realm of joy for me. And actually I will go farther with this and say that this laughter is a vocabulary. And the Holy Spirit makes me laugh so hard that it hurts physically.

When the pressures of this life are too much to bear for me, I start to laugh. Way back yonder, when the laughter movement hit the Church, my husband and I were on the mission field. We didn’t have internet back then, and what was available was not efficient enough to rely on for communication. But it was back then when everyone was rolling in the isle in hysteria together with the Holy Spirit, that the Spirit was hovering over us as well and I found my joy, and strength again in the Holy Spirit.

It was a time of great change for us in the ministry, we were taking in boys off the streets to live with our family and it was not an easy task. It was spiritual warfare, one-on-one. But it was this unspeakable joy I had found deep in my relationship with the Holy Spirit that carried me through many trials and even greater sorrows. I will never take laughter for granted. And I will not cease to laugh with the Spirit of God.

It was through this spiritual weapon of laughter that the Holy Spirit dropped upon me and my son that chased a way a legion of demons that tried to over take our home via a boy from the streets. It was the most terrifying situation I have ever been in, and all I could do was pray in another spiritual gift that I speak often of, tongues. And while my son and I prayed with all of our might to step back into the natural realm and overtake this spirit of fear that was attacking us head on with a couple thousand demons, out of nowhere, actually out of the throne room of God came this supernatural gift of laughter that chased a legion of manifested demons from our midst.

This is the joy unspeakable that I mention here. It is not a feeling, but a spiritual force, a supernatural weapon that is developed in the refinery of the presence of our mighty God, Jehovah. And I pray you find His joy today. In fact, let’s pray about this now.

In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I intercede for all my readers that they will too find this joy that I speak about. That they will discover the powerful weapon they have been given to overcome the pain, stress and trials of this world. That they will be able to take the enemy head on and chase a way a legion or more of satan’s destructive monsters, and send the demon force running away for the fear of hearing the Lion of Judah roar with laughter through one of His servants.

Lord God, You have given us a joy that is unspeakable with human words. And it comes from the center of Your will for Your people. That we are more than conquerors in this world. That this earth cannot bind us to silence with their threats because deep from within us, from the depths of our being is a well-spring of Your joy that is available for us whenever we need it, whenever we want it.

Spirit of God, laugh through them. Allow them to experience Your joy, not occasionally but daily, in Jesus’ name, amen.

Pray for God’s Comfort

God’s Word is clear that we will pass through difficult times on this earth, not because He wills pain and sorrow for us, but that we live in a fallen world. These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world,” Jn. 16:33.

But no matter the loss, whether by death, divorce, financial difficulty, or other  we have His promises to remain with us and comfort us during times of confusion, fear and sorrow.

Even though I walk through the [sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me;
Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort and console me, Ps. 23:4, AMP.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Ps. 46:1.

For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning, Ps. 30:5.

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds, Ps. 147:3.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted, Mt. 5:4.

PRAY TO GOD FOR COMFORT

And we are to pray and seek His help during these painful times, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to Your word to Your servant”, Ps. 119:76.

Let’s pray according to His Word today.

Father God,

I call out to you during this time of distress. I ask You , Holy Spirit for your comfort during this most troublesome time. According to Your will, show me Your way to overcome sorrow.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

WORD OF THE LORD

The Spirit of God would say to you this day, “I will never leave you, nor forsake you. I have promised to remain with you at all times. You can depend upon Me to see you through this time of tragedy in your life. Lean upon Me, I will hold you up when you feel you can’t. Trust Me, gain your strength from Me to face each new day.”
