How do You Speak to That Mountain?

A reader writes and asks, “When believing for healing manifestation, do I continually speak to the mountain or do I just keep thanking God and confess my healing or both?”

This is a great question. It depends upon the way you are speaking. Are you speaking about the mountain, which will increase its demonic stronghold over you? Or are you speaking to the mountain with the authority of Christ in a way that will cause it to lose its power over you?

Generally speaking, you want to speak with authority to it in such a way that the demonic power behind it clearly understand you will not tolerate this sickness or physical problem anymore. For example, “In Jesus’ name, I thank You that I am delivered and healed. My heart is recreated and functions perfectly normal. I will not die, but live and declare the glory of the Lord.”

Jesus says in Matthew 17:20 from the NIV version of the Bible, “He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

And to encourage your faith in the power of our words read this wonderful testimony from one of my readers that spoke to the mountain in their life.

“My name is Peter and I first heard you on Sid Roth. I have a prayer request and a testimony. I had a lump on my chest that got healed after praying the prayers you asked your friend who had cancer to repeat as many times as possible. Only a scar is left which is disappearing! Thank you to Jesus.”

According to Proverbs 18:21 our words contain the power of life and death and we need to know when to speak life and when to speak death to the situations that we find ourselves in.

“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit”, Proverbs 18:21.

Daily Improvements From a Stroke

Do you remember the lady from the other day that wrote concerning the need for healing prayer for her husband who suffered from a stroke? Well, I want to write and share her testimony with you about what they are witnessing since this prayer of faith was verbally released over him.

“Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven”, Matthew 18:19.

First of all, this is the prayer that we came into agreement for her husband’s healing:

“In the name of Jesus’ I renounce the power behind this stroke and speak life into his brain cells and command his brain to be recreated and made whole for the glory of the Lord. All the issues from this stroke be healed and made whole, and all negative side effects be reversed for God’s glory.

I renounce all word curses that have been spoken over this family and release the power of deliverance that Jesus provided for us when He became the curse to undo the curse for us in Jesus’ name, amen,”

Now she writes to report the daily improvements they are witnessing and says;
“Since the prayer you prayed over John there have been more significant improvements daily but on Sunday, yesterday a fog over him lifted! He had his confidence back and the effects of the stoke were broken over his spirit and it lifted. A childishness left and his mind was able to comprehend the word and start to use his imagination to see his hand move and comprehend Gods word. He even asked for a mirror to help him work on his walking gate in therapy. It is His right side and hand that that was attacked and he is recovering from. He grabbed yesterday on to Isaiah 41:10 that his friend gave him and typed it and emailed it to me with one hand!

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and help you; I will uphold you with my RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND.”

Praise God and thank you!”

This is such an encouraging testimony of how this couple believed in the healing power of Jesus and are not only speaking words of life over his body, but also putting action behind these faith-filled words. If they can believe the Lord for their manifested healing from a stroke, so can you. You can believe Him for whatever it is you have need of.

Do You Need to Know All Details to Pray for Healing?

A reader asks; “Do you have to know all the details of what needs to be healed in order to pray for healing for someone?”

This is a good question that many want to know the answer for. No, we do not need to know all the details to pray for one another for healing. During healing lines I have already given instruction to the people that now is not the time for a long explanation for what they need healing from. It’s not necessary for me to know all the details of what has happened for me to pray in faith for their healing. And you do not need to know all the details either.

God’s word tells us that we are to pray a prayer of faith. It doesn’t say that we have to know all the details before we pray for the sick, but to pray in faith–believing. “And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up”, James 5:15.

This reader writes asking how to pray for her husband who suffered from a stroke. Pray this way; “In the name of Jesus’ I renounce the spirit of death, and the power behind this stroke. I speak life into his brain cells and command his brain to be recreated and made whole for the glory of the Lord. And all negative side effects be reversed for God’s glory, amen.”

Now what do you do and you have prayed in faith and the manifestation is not instant? Do we continue to pray and ask for healing? No. Now is the time to use the prophetic power of our words and speak words that nurture the healing along. When you speak a confession of faith over yourself or someone else for healing you want to be as specific as you can be. And speak it out often in faith. For example, “In the name of Jesus’, my husband’s brain cells are recreated and function perfectly normal. By faith, there is no paralysis in his body. He can think clearly, communicate with clarity, there is no speech delay, his tongue is loosed. There is no paralysis in his body, he is strong and free to walk with ease, and his arms and hands are free to move as they are created to move. By the power of the blood of Jesus’ there is no lack in his body, amen and amen.”

And she also wants to know, “How do I help him to believe and speak life over his own body In the name of Jesus’ I pray that my husband will be willing to learn how to believe and activate his faith for his own healing?” Along with being a source of encouragement to him, pray that the Holy Spirit will hover over him, and that others will come into his life and speak a word of encouragement over him and he will receive all that the Lord has for him.

How to Respond to Negative Medical Reports

What do we do when even though our faith is overriding the physical situation and the doctors can see that what they are predicting is not happening, but they continue to prophesy the worst over us and our loved ones? Let’s read this prayer request from a woman today and talk about it together.

“Hi Mrs. Becky, God has blessed my husband and I with a baby boy. From 4 months in the womb they had claimed my baby had a singular ventricle and would not live without surgery. They tried to have me terminate my baby. My husband and I said no. He was born through a c section. They claimed a surgery would happen 1-2 days after birth, then another one 2-3 months then 6 months. He is 4 months old and not one surgery has happened. Still now they are saying a surgery will happen 6months to a year.”

How should we respond to medical reports, such as the one listed above? I address this in my latest work, “The Prophetic and Healing Power of Your Words”, chapter 3, “Negative and Poisonous Word Curses”, pages 46-47, under the subtitle, “Unintentional Word Curses”.

A man is not feeling well and goes to the doctor for a check-up. He hears a report that his blood pressure is very high. Instead of just telling the man the results and that they are going to work with him to bring it down, the doctor speaks words of death and demonstrates with actions that this man will have a heart attack or a stroke. The conversation goes beyond reporting results and the doctor unintentionally prophesies death.

How should this man respond to the doctor’s colorful report? After all, he did seek the doctor out for medical advice. How about, “That’s not going to happen to me. I will do what it takes to bring this blood pressure down to normal levels. Will you help me do this?”

Another man was told he was going to die of kidney disease. This man firmly said, “No, I am not going to die.” And he’s alive and well.

Another person is told they will never walk again. This one said, “I do not receive that. I will walk again.” And he did.

As you can read from this little excerpt from the book that we do not have to settle for the negative medical report. We have a say so in our health situation. We can make a quality decision of faith and prophesy life, strength, healing and health into our bodies. And along with prophesying health into our bodies in the name of Jesus, we also need to remember that faith demands action and we need to put action behind our bold words of faith too. If you receive a death report, not only speak the opposite of this negative report and speak life, strength and healing, but act like you are going to live.

And so that you understand how we should prophesy health and healing over our bodies I have included my response to the woman’s prayer request in the beginning of this post.

“In the name of Jesus’ every negative report they are speaking over your baby will not come to pass. You have made the right choice to believe the report of the Lord, and by the healing whips of Jesus his heart is recreated, strong and healthy and functions 100%. There is no heart defect, only recreation, healing, and a strong heart for the glory of the Lord, amen.”

Faith Scriptures for Healing:

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit, Proverbs 18:21.

(As it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; Romans 4:17.

Take the Kingdom of God by Force

We desire to walk in the manifested blessings of God, and God desires this as well. This is His plan for each and everyone of us. But we also have an enemy, satan that fights against us to prevent us from moving into and living in the kingdom of God. And yet, we are given everything necessary to get there. Let’s see what the Scriptures have to say about taking the kingdom of God by force, and talk a bit about it.

“Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.” (Matthew 11:11-13), NKJV.

“The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since that time, the good news of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing their way into it.” (Luke 16:16), NIV.

What is being said here to us in these two Scripture passages is that we have a decision to make, entering into the Kingdom of God is not easy. There is an evil force that works against us and tries to prevent us from entering into the promises of God. But God’s people need to be equally forceful in this battle and activate our faith, and even fight the enemy with our supernatural weapons of faith.
With our son’s amazing healing testimony–that I share with you in detail in DARE to Believe, chapter 11, pages 175-193–we had to take Marcos’ healing by force. The spirit of death was not willing to let go of him. But we activated every weapon of faith given to us, and we raised him from the dead and recreated all his vital organs by prophetic healing power and because we did not back down, we won. And he is alive and well.

Word of the Lord

THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD WOULD SAY TO YOU AGAIN, “I have heard your longing to move in this gift of healing, and it is for you too. You take this message that I bring before you, devour it, and let your words produce for My glory in these last days.”

Revive and Come Alive Again–Prophetic Word

I would say to you, “Revive and come alive again.

The moment you believed in your heart, and confessed Me as your Lord, I breathed into your spirit, My breathe. And you became alive, born-again.

But since then, you have allowed the cares of this world to darken your view. And the things you confessed that you once believed, you don’t anymore.

My Spirit is calling out your name, and is wooing you to revive and come alive again.

All it takes is a simple, but heartfelt cry of repentance and the dryness of your spirit will be hydrated and refreshed again.

I am very near to you, I have never walked away from you. I have been longing for you to return to Me. For I love you with an everlasting love. And I am for you, and never against you.

My Spirit is interceding for you to revive and come alive again.

Return to your first love. Forget not the day you were born from above, as you entered into the presence of My great love. And the newness you experienced as I washed your sins away. How My joy overflowed within you as the heaviness of this world left you.

Forsake the ways of this world, and revive and come alive again.

Allow Me to exchange My beauty for your ashes. Give to Me all your disappointments and hurts, all that pain and suffering I bore upon My body so you could be free from it. Lay it all down at My feet, and leave it there once and for all.

Let My healing virtue flow through you. Revive and come alive again.

My joy is your strength. And I gave you the medicinal benefits of laughter. Learn to smile and laugh again. Enjoy the simple, but all important things in life that really do matter.

Allow My joy to revive you, and come alive again.

Your mind has been wandering in the wilderness, and temptations have been overtaking you. The way to overcome is to submit to Me and My ways. Return to My Word, and your thoughts will be renewed, and victory over sin you will have.

Meditate in My Word, revive and come alive again.

The days are short, and soon you will hear that mighty trumpet blow. We will meet together in the air, and what a glorious day that will be.

But until then, now is the time to revive and come alive again.

Prophetic Word: I Would Do It Again For You

Once was enough, but if I had to I would willingly choose to do it again just for you.

Most do not begin to understand the love that I have for each one of you.

My love is not based upon feelings, but upon the foundation of love–Me.

All the suffering I endured was for your good.

You are the beneficiary of My goodness. And all My benefits I give to you.

These benefits are not temporal, but they are eternal.

My Word is forever, My promise is sure, and My will is sealed with My blood.

Access the power of My blood.

I tell you the truth, your redemption cost Me everything.

But I would willingly do it again, because that’s how valuable you are to Me.

The highest price had to be paid to redeem you back to Me.

Nothing less then the best would do.

There was no bartering–it was all or nothing.

And I chose all for you.

I gave all that I had–Myself for you.

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.

I tell you there is no greater love than this. And I lay down my life, not for one, but for all.

And I would willingly do it again even if it were just for you.

This is how much I love you.

With every drop of crimson red that I sweat in great anguish while I knelt in the Garden of Gethsemane, I willingly overcame because I thought of you and your victory.

I did not protest as they ripped out My beard and tore apart My face, I bled, and My grace erased your shame.

As I willingly knelt at the whipping post I endured the greatest of all suffering, and with the power of My blood I purchased your healing. Receive it–it belongs to you.

You are cursed no more, because I bore the piercing of that tremendous crown of thorns. And the power of My blood released you from the punishment of the curse–be free from it.

As those nails were forcefully pounded through My hands, a great blessing poured through My blood for you. Live in the complete blessing–I freely give it to you.

With the crushing blow of that great nail through My feet to that old wooden Cross, I bequeath to you, through the mighty power of My blood all My authority over satan and all of his wicked works–now walk in it.

As they pierced My side and the remaining blood and water flowed from Me, I gave to you My plan of Redemption and the opportunity to become Born-Again.

I give all of this to you, not out of obligation, but because I love you.

And I would willingly do it again–just for you.

Thus saith the Lord, Your God, to you this day.

Unforgiveness Equals Bondage

Many people today are held in bondage by their own free will. Willfully they refuse to do what they know is right–forgive. Forgiving another for their wrongdoing towards us is not an easy task. And yet God requires us to forgive one another. Jesus says in Matthew 6:14-15, “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

But He never requires us to do something that He, Himself has not done. God always sets the standard in both word and in action. He tells us in the portion of Scripture above that we have to forgive others. He doesn’t make room for exceptions. He says to forgive, and if we will forgive others, then we will be forgiven of our sins as well.

But let’s face it, there are situations in life that are difficult to forgive, and Jesus understands this. Look back to His life on this earth and all that was done to Him. Even though He was innocent, the people falsely accused Him, they mocked and spit on Him, bruised and broke His body. And yet He chose to do what’s right and what Father God expects from all of us–to forgive. He cried out from the Cross while in great agony, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”

We don’t deserve to be forgiven, and yet He wills to forgive us. We see this clearly in Romans 8:6-8, “While we were still helpless [powerless to provide for our salvation], at the right time Christ died [as a substitute] for the ungodly. Now it is an extraordinary thing for one to willingly give his life even for an upright man, though perhaps for a good man [one who is noble and selfless and worthy] someone might even dare to die. But God clearly shows and proves His own love for us, by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

As the title of this writing states, “Unforgiveness Equals Bondage” , and it surely does. It holds us in bondage spiritually, it prevents our sins from being forgiven. It also affects our mental health. When we are all wracked with anger and unforgiveness we have no peace. Ephesians 4:31-32 tells us “Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” Proverbs 17:22 gives us God’s sound wisdom about how our emotional state effects our physical condition, “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.”

I have witnessed in many healing lines as I lead someone in a prayer of repentance their healing immediately manifests. Set yourself free from the bondage of unforgiveness by forgiving that person today. Let’s pray.

Father God,

I know that I have willfully been hanging on to unforgiveness towards (name). But I am convicted by Your word that tells me I have to forgive them, so that I too can be forgiven for all of my past wrongdoings as well. Holy Spirit help me to move forward in my healing process spiritually, emotionally, and physically too.

In the name of Jesus’ I forgive (name). And I will not base this decision upon emotions, but by my faith in You and in Your word. I not only forgive (name) I release (name) from my bitterness and from my vengeance. I say to (name) be free in Jesus. And as I release you from my bitterness, I am forgiven and free in Him, amen and amen.

The Healing Wave Has Arrived

You have heard me share a prophetic word from God about a tsunami wave of healing hitting the western world. God told us that that no longer would His people ask, “Why not healing in the western world?” He told us that in this wave there would be healing of all types, even unusual healings. He assured us that this healing wave was for everyone and anyone that was willing to get wet with this healing power. We were warned that along with this tsunami wave of healing there would be a strong undertow of unbelief, but that we were to keep our eyes fixed upon Him and expect to get wet.

I am telling you that this end times’ wave of healing power has hit the western shores. A mighty wave of healing power is moving quickly throughout the entire earth, including the Western world. As I minister throughout the earth I am witnessing a surge of the power of the Holy Spirit being released in greater measure to His people.

I was just in Sweden last weekend and many people were instantly healed of many things. One woman was bound to a wheelchair and instantly she was healed and walked. Her husband pushed the wheelchair out door after the meeting while she walked out the doors in her own strength. When the people witnessed this one miracle their faith for their own miracles was activated and they readily received their miracles.

Next to her was a woman suffering from fibromyalgia. She too was instantly released from the power of this disease. Then numerous people were quickly delivered and healed from deafness. And many backs, necks, shoulders, knees, and feet were completely healed too.

Two weekends earlier I was in North Carolina and a woman had been suffering from ALS and it had her bound to a wheelchair for 12 years. She could not stand or walk on her own. In fact, there were so many things she could no longer do on her, but the power of the Holy Spirit in this tsunami wave of healing overtook her and she too got up from that wheelchair and walked. And in this meeting as well so many people were instantly healed from so many diseases and aliments.

There is so much healing power being released in this tsunami wave of healing that I have taken to minister to people in groups according to the disease, for example; deafness. Whether the people are suffering from complete or partial deafness, in one ear or both ears I have them all stand together in a line and I minister to the entire group, like I would with one person.

I renounce the spirit of deafness, and I release the Spirit of Life into their ears, and prophetically command that their ears be recreated, realigned and are healed and made whole. We activate our faith, they all close their eyes, and I shut off the mics and walk farther and farther away from them and ask them if they can hear me. And they do.

Whatever your need is, trust God, and expect to get wet with this amazing healing power of the Holy Spirit during these last days.

Desperation vs’ Faith

Desperation verses faith, they are both spiritual foundations. Which one will you choose? I have seen over-and-over again that desperate people do desperate things, and create even more trouble for themselves. Desperation is never the right place to base decisions upon. It’s also the wrong foundation for a miracle. It’s not our desperate situation that propels us into the miraculous realm, but our faith that does so.

Jesus says that it is our faith that heals and makes us whole, not our circumstance or condition. But so often, I see God’s people standing upon the shaky foundation of desperation rather then the foundation of faith. And it doesn’t work. Desperation is to be in a state of hopelessness, and this is the place where oftentimes very bad decisions, even irrational and harmful ones are made.

According to Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.“ Hope is the precursor to faith, so hopelessness is the opposite of faith, and leads one to doubt and unbelief.

Faith is intertwined with the fruits of the Spirit. The fruits of the Spirit are listed in Galatians 5:22-23, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” There’s no room in God’s realm for desperation and hopelessness, and we should not allow room in our hearts for them either. The fruits of the Spirit strengthen, and edify our faith to believe for God’s miraculous promise.

When one chooses to be in a state of desperation they can’t activate these powerful fruits of the Spirit such as; joy. Nehemiah 8:10 tells us “Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Joy produces supernatural strength. When we bind ourselves to desperation we cannot enter into the realm of peace. Colossians 3:15 admonishes us to “Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.” We are to allow God’s peace to rule our hearts, and not desperation. What about forbearance, or endurance? It is difficult to endure when we feel hopeless. This is why these fruits along with the others need to be chosen.

Life is filled with many choices, and we get to choose what will rule in our hearts. And along with these choices are blessings or consequences. Don’t allow yourself to be in a state of hopelessness which leads to doubt and unbelief. But repent of these negative choices, and change the foundation of desperation to that of faith, and allow yourself to heal in spirit, soul, and in your physical body too.
